Frequently Asked Questions

A lot of haunted attractions claim their building has ghosts. Is your location actually haunted?
We have had countless stories from visitors, staff, paranormal investigators, and psychics about paranormal encounters they've had in the building. Over the years, we've captured photos, recordings, and even a couple videos of the weird and otherworldly that's become a common occurrence in the building. While we can't guarantee that you'll have a paranormal experience (our ghosts don't follow a schedule), we can guarantee that nothing is faked, and any encounters you have will be 100% real.
What makes your event different than the others out there?
Our event puts you in the lead of a paranormal investigation. Our staff will be on hand to guide you through the building and help you become comfortable with the ghost hunting equipment, but you choose the locations you investigate and decide how the investigation is done. Our event price is also all-inclusive. Admission includes both the tour and investigation, as well as the ghost hunting equipment you'll need to make contact with the other side.
What do I need to bring with me?
We strongly recommend that you wear comfortable, closed-toed shoes. Also, the majority of the building is not heated or air conditioned, so make sure you dress appropriately for the weather. While we do supply equipment for the investigation portion of the evening, you are welcome to bring cameras or other equipment to help in your search for the supernatural.
Can I take photos and shoot video doing the tour?
We encourage taking as many photos as you can. If you find anything supernatural, let us know and we may even put it up on our site! Shooting video is not allowed during the tour, but please feel free to videotape your investigation. We recommend using a camera that can shoot night vision, as the investigation is done without any lights other than flashlights.
Do you offer group rates? Can we reserve a night for a group function?
We love groups! If you’re looking to bring a group of 6 or more, please contact info@eihaunt.com so that we can work with you to provide an experience that best suits your needs. Group rates are based on number of participants.
